Kathy Saunders is the only real estate agent we will use!

When we decided to move from our Michigan lakehouse back to Illinois to be near our family we had no idea of who to contact. We had been gone from Illinois since 1998. At first we worked with a realtor my daughter had heard about but that was not satisfying. She really didn't listen and would just show us things that I had seen on the internet. Soon after, I saw an ad for a home in Carillon, a senior community, and wanted to see it. It was early in the morning but I called the number listed for HomesbyMarco. Kathy Saunders answered the call and I knew immediately that she would be a good fit. She never let us down. She was always responsive to our every need. We are now happily settled in our new home and are thankful I called Kathy that morning. She made everything happen.

Kathy and her team exceeded our expectations at every opportunity. Because we were out of town during the transaction, Kathy applied for permits, set up appointments and met with contractors, met inspectors, coordinated an estate sale and donation, and prepared the house for the buyer. Her knowledge of the market is exceeded only by her work ethic. Words fail in expressing our gratitude. We would not hesitate to engage her or recommend her to anyone.

When Angela recently had to start looking for a new place to live, I dreaded the thought of endless hours of looking for her "perfect home". From the time we met you and throughout the entire home buying process, you were always on time, respectful and had great communication. Your patience and dedication put you way above any realtor I have ever worked with and I hope "Homes by Marco" realizes just how valuable you are. I doubt that the complicated process of selling and then buying a home is often so pleasurable as we experienced with our realtor, Kathy Saunders. She showed us potential new homes a year or so before we were actually ready to sell the home we'd inhabited for a quarter-century.
